Calculating the wheel coverage by wheel arc of the given fender and checking if it complies with European regulations.

European Regulation:
According to European regulations, the distance between the wheel outer edge and the inner edge of the fender must be at least 10mm, at specified points.

CONCLUSION:
As seen in the above values the wheel arc of the fender fails in all specified points save one as per European regulation and fails in one location as per Japanese regulations, therefore the fender must be redesigned as per regulations.
