In this email contains the week 05 challages american chopper bike parts are done by the software of soildwork 2019. the models are given below

Change the name of the Top and Front Plane
Change the name into: BOTTOMPLANE CHASSIS
Change the name into: MIDPLANE CHASSIS
Insert a sketch blueprint
Select the MIDPLANE CHASSIS and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
Select the MIDPLANE CHASSIS and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
Select the BOTTOMPLANE CHASSIS and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
Create a Swept Boss/Base
Mirror the Sweep
Mirror Face/Plane : MIDPLANE CHASSIS
Select the Right Plane and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon>Extrude the sketch>Change into: 22 mm
Create a 2D sketch
Create an Extruded Cut
Create nine Fillets
Create a new plane parallel at the MIDPLANE CHASSIS>Select the purple Vertex point of Fillet1 as shown
in the picture and detail
Draw a spline with one midpoint as shown in the picture.
create the swep bose feture
Extrude the sketch>Change into: 223 mm
Create a Dome>Change the Distance into 10 mm
Create a 2D sketch
Create a new plane parallel at the Right Plane and swep bose
Select the MIDPLANE CHASSIS and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
Create a Swept Boss/Base
Select the MIDPLANE CHASSIS and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
create and extutrde>up next surface
Select the new Plane4 and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
exturde and mirror it

Create a 2D sketch
Extrude the sketch>Change : into 200 mm
Create a new plane parallel at the Front Plane
Extrude the sketch>Change : into 50 mm
Create a 2D sketch
Extrude the sketch>Change : into 150 mm
Create a 2D sketch
Create a Revolved Boss/Base
Create a 2D sketch
Create a Circular Pattern sketch>44
Create a Cut Extrude>Change into: 88 mm
Create a 2D sketch
Extrude the sketch>Change : into 100 mm
create upper face of sketch and exturde>Change : into 240 mm
Select the new Plane4 and create a sketch by clicking on the 2D Sketch icon
Create a Cut Extrude
Change into: 8 mm
Create a Linear Pattern
Change into: 16 mm
Number of Instances : 14
Features to pattern : Extrude13, Fillet4
Click OK
Mirror it into right plane
Create a new plane parallel at the Top Plane
Create a 2D sketch
Create a Swept Boss/Base>Profile : Select the blue Sketch7>Path : Select the pink Sketch28
Create a new sketch on the MIDPLANE ENGINE
Create a new sketch on the Top Plane
