1. Rear Wheel

In this challenge, the Rear Wheel of the Chopper was modelled by dividing it into 5 parts,

• Rim,
• Disc brake,
• Caliper,
• Sprocket and
• Tire.

The various Solidworks Tools used include,

• Revolve
• Revolve Cut
• Extruded Cut
• Fillet
• Mirror
• Linear Pattern
• Circular Pattern
• Move/Copy
• Chamfer

2. Front Fork

In this challenge, the Front Fork of the Chopper was modelled, a Solidworks feature caled Projected Curve which transforms two curves on different planes and joins them to one curve at the intended location.

The various Solidworks Tools used include,

• Revolve
• Fillet
• Dome
• Mirror
• Chamfer
• Projected Curve
