To create row and column vector

%column vector is a=[1;2;3;4]

%row vector is b=[5 ,6 ,8 ,9]

A=[x,y,z] , note the comma between elements for row vector

B=[d;e;f] note the semicolon between elements for column vector

where the the number of elements in A and B can vary
