Objective-

1. To model American chopper in solidworks

Parts – Following parts were created in solidworks -

Chassis –

Chassis gives strength to whole chopper.

Tools used – sweep, extrude, extrude cut, fillet

Engine –

Engine is the main component in powertrain

Tools used - extrude, sweep, extrude-cut, split, fillet, circular pattern

Pedal –

Tools used – extrude, Fillet, linear pattern

Kickstand –

Tools used – lofted extrude, extrude cut, fillet, dome

Transmission Belt –

Tools Used – Extrude boss, fillet

Oil Tank –

Tools Used – extrude, fillet, combine

Rear Wheel –

Tools Used – circular pattern, revolve, extrude, extrude cut, fillet, chamfer

Rear Fender –

Tools Used – revolve, fillet, split

Chain –

Tools used – boss extrude, circular pattern, fillet

Gas Tank –

Tools Used – lofted surface, boundary surface, shell, fillet

Front Suspension –

Tools Used – Sweep, fillet, dome, linear pattern, revolve cut

Front Wheel –

Tools Used – circular pattern, revolve, extrude, extrude cut, fillet, chamfer

Front Fender –

Tools Used – Revolve, Split

Assembly – Using the above parts, final assembly was created

Photo-Realistic Views –

Conclusion – American chopper assembly was created in solidworks and photo realistic images were rendered.
