Steady state vs unsteady analysis

Objective: fastest steady state simulation -- SOR, error tolerance does the loop-work. fastest transient simulation -- implicit method, the time step does the loop work. the plots of steady and unsteady conduction look almost the same.the reason being the time derivative (dT/dt) becomes negligible as the time loop gets executed .this…
