Stability analysis in unsteady problem

Objective: 1.An unstable solution looks like unphysical. The results start to oscillate. They appear not only in 1D simulation, also in 3D simulation. 2.when the CFL number goes beyond 1 then the solution becomes unstable. For a solution to be stable, the CFL number should always be less than 1.
