Model 6 proper mesh and make element in given specification
Objective :
Mesh the given component by given element length 5 and create the element given table thickness value

I have meshed the component by above element value and mesh properly and created equal mid surface to every component of model
PROCEDURE :
1. Imported the model of given and created the mid surface of given separate cmponent
2.First of all check the geometry of the component and corrected the component in mistake area because of proper meshing
3. created the mid surface of the component and deleted the solid part of the component
4. mesh the component and remove the tria element of the compinent by using of QUALITY INDEX AND DRAG TRIA OPTION also remove the tria element and also drage the tria element
5. mesh the next component , same procedure what did above component and did the proper mesh for this cmponent and remove the trias
6. and also removes rotative squad from the cmponent
7. we must quality check for every compoinent
6.next we mesh the outer extract body component and split the surface of the component for proper meshing and auto mesh the component
7.and toggle the surface where we want and untoggle the surface where we dont want the line and dont want the surface the split for proper meshing
8. IN above full body component the hinge body is same so we ORGANIZE THE COMPONENT IN TOOLS OPTION and organise the component where we want and finaly completed the meshed of the full body component
9. Finally we check the component there is any free edges are there in the component and go to edges and FIND THE EDGES
10. If there is any edges in the middle of the surface try to avoid the edges and try to equal the surface by using of the REPLACE like this comment
RESULT :
Finally meshed the given hole component and maked element by given thickness and given all specification and make element in given min and max given length and there is no free edges of given component
