Front View Geometry Camber Gradient

1. Camber gain is necessary to maximize the contact area and grip of the tire while cornering. This is because when the car is moving in the straight patch the tires are perpendicular to the road but while cornering camber changes according to suspension travel. So to maintain maximum grip and the contact area of the tire camber gain is necessary.
2. The loss of camber can't be recovered by adding static camber gain during cornering because when the car is in the straight path then the tires are perpendicular to the road so there is no change in camber but while cornering camber changes we can equalize the camber change by adding static camber but adding too much of static camber may lead to uneven tire wear or too much of tire wear.
3. I will go with double wishbone set up because degrees of freedom in double wishbone is more than McPherson strut. Also, we have various options for selecting double wishbone that is we can change the control arm length, we can change the spring-damper angle. We can make this according to our required handling design.
