Boundary Condition and Initial Condition for PDE
What is Boundary Conditions and Initial Conditions for PDE?
Boundary Conditions are the limits of the given Partial differential equation with respect to the derivative.
These conditions are considered as the extreme limits of the given PDE.
Initial Conditions are the present status of the equation or the starting condition of the equation.
These are nothing but the starting point of the equation or the initial derivative in the equation.
How does it change with type of PDE?
Boundary conditions changes only when the PDE is change, whereas the initial conditions will be changing in order to calculate the next part of the equation as in taylor series.
