BACK DOOR

INTRODUCTION

Backdoor of a vechicle carries space for luggage and it is designed as proper method with all its parts including latch stricker, gas stay reinforcement,hinge and wiper for back glass.Back door is designed by following various steps.

DESCRIPTION

LATCH & STRIKER REINFORCEMENT

The latch reinforcement is designed as per the dimensions, extract the component add a flange on both edges and give the direction as per the norms.

GAS STAY REINFORCEMENT

The gas stay reinforcement is done by exactracting the component as per the dimension on that.An emboss is added as per required.

HINGE

Hinge is added with specific emboss as described the hinge is connected on both sides to balance the lift of the door,the hinge has the hole to make the hinge tighten.

WIPER MOTOR

The space is created for mounting the wiper motor.

ASSEMBLE OF THE COMPONENTS

The gas stay,hinge,wiper motor,latch&stricker reinforcement are arranged on the inner pannal of the backdoor.

EMBOSS

Emboss is created inorder to increase the strength of the component, the emboss should be created in 'v' shape or in 'y' shape.By removing materials the component release the weight so the emboss are made to increase the strength of the component.

OUTER PANAL

This is the outer panal of the back door.
