Steps involved in generating 3D models:

1. Oil Tank

  • Change the front plane name to Midplane Oil tank
  • Select the top plane and sketch as shown below.

  • Extrude the sketch 170mm in direction and 10mm in the direction as shown below.

  • Select the Midplane oil tank and create the sketch as shown below

  • Now the extrude the sketch and select through all.
  • Now go to insert > Feature > combine and select operation common, select both the solid bodies and apply the feature.
  • Apply fillets of radius 10mm at the edges.

  • Apply shell of 3mm thickness.
  • Apply Siena color to the part.

2. Pedal

  • Select the front plane and draw the below sketch.

  • Extrude the sketch 8mm in a positive direction leaving the circles.
  • Now extrude the circles of dia. 16mm in the opposite direction to 20mm.
  • Apply a fillet of 1mm as shown in the image below.

  • Select the top plane and sketch as shown below.

  • Select the above sketch and use the feature \"revolve\" to 360 deg.
  • Go to insert > feature > dome and select the face of the part as shown below and apply a 3mm distance non-elliptical dome.

  • Apply a fillet of a 1mm radius to the following edges.

  • Extrude the circles of dia. 15 & 18 from the first sketch to 100mm from the surface of the first extrude as shown below.

  • Apply Asymmetric chamfer of 9 and 16 mm as shown below.

  • Same on another extrude apply an asymmetric chamfer of 7.60 and 16 mm respectively.
  • Now again on the same side sketch as shown below.

  • Extrude the sketch 2.50mm offset 20mm from the base surface. After applying part should look like the below image.

  • Apply a fillet of 1mm to above extrude surfaces.
  • Select Linear pattern and select the above two features i.e extrude and fillet. Select spacing and instances. Make instances 4 at a spacing of 20mm.

  • Apply a fillet of a 1mm radius to the following edges.

3. Chain

  • Change Front plane name to Midplane Chain, top plane to center plane chain and right plane to the front plane chain.
  • We need to make a curve that will show chain geometry and can be used for the pattern.
  • make the below sketch as shown.

  • Now we will make blocks which will be the parts of the chain and these blocks can be used again and again.
  • use the below two sketches to make two blocks.

  • With the help of the above blocks do the following extrude

Extrude 20mm symmetrically.

Extrude this part with an offset of 9.5 mm.

Again extrude the second block till the inner surface as shown and maintain a thickness of 2mm.

  • Now with the help of the Pattern curve feature, we will do a curve pattern as shown.

The same process will be done for another 3 segments of the curve and at last, we will need to delete one body for proper matching. which is shown below image.

Again sketch the link extrude it as shown.

At last mirror all the solid bodies about the midplane
