1.CHASSIS: A chassis is the physical frame or a structure of an automobile component or other multi-component. In automobile industry, Which structurally supports the object in its construction and function.
- FEATURES USED: Using solidworks interface making a chassis frame of a chopper by software and drawing a sketch of chassis with certain dimensions. The frame look shows the solid work features exploring with extrude boss, cut extrude, revolve, split, projected curve, sectional view, reference geomentry options and at last applying the appearances for the chassis.

2.ENGINE: An engine or motor is a machine designed to convert one form of energy into mechanical energy. the internal combustion engine burns a fuel to create heat which is then used to do work.
- FEATURES USED: Desining engine was very intresting in this we works with extrude boss feature, revolve, mirror feature, cut extrude, split, projected curves, comparitive curves, combine options were used to exclude but projected curve was bit confussed and by understanding it will clear the doubts and that executes and tends to move further.

3.FRONT WHEEL: A system where it applies an engine power to the frontwheel and it gets moved in the rotatry motion towards forward when an engine drives for motorcycles. These are driven wheel. They experience flawless moving practically constantly untill and except if you apply front brakes.
Littler impression: The front wheels need littler impression. This bodes well since it is prudent as well as it makes them lighter. Keep in mind that your muscle control goes into turning the front wheels. So light bodes well. Likewise smaller front wheels helps in slicing through refuse and mud. A tight wheel needs to uproot lesser mud and thus guides effectively.
- FEATURES USED: Using solid works to create front wheel its easy. By given dimensions creating a front wheel with certain features like 3 point arc, centered rectangles, linear patterns, circular patterns, fillets, chamfer, extrude cut , revolve, revolve cut and appearances shows the solid front wheel model.

4.REAR WHEEL: These is the driving wheel or the fueled wheel. Which implies that intensity of the motor is moved to the street by means of this wheel. So this wheel needs a couple of one of a kind properties for example,
Bigger impression: Larger impression or tracks of the back tire guarantees that surface in contact with the street at each purpose of time is bigger, thus decreasing weight on the wheel. A limited wheel would mean same control being moved to the ground by means of a littler surface territory, bringing about more noteworthy pressure and wear. Envision strolling on your toes.
- FEATURES USED: Using solid works to create rear wheel wheel was complex. By using 3 point arc, centered rectangles, creating a alloy design and patterning it with linear and circular pattern, fillets, chamfer, extrue cut, revovle, extrude bass/boss, spline curve and cutting the threads and applying appearances and material.

5.FRONT FORK: Front fork connects a motorcycle's front wheel and axle to its frame, typically via a yoke, also known as a triple clamp, which consists of an upper yoke joined to a lower yoke via a steering stem, a shaft that runs through the steering head, creating the steering axis. Most forks incorporate the front suspension and front brake, and allow the front wheel to rotate about the steering axis so that the bike may be steered. Most handelbar attach to the top clamp in various ways, while clip-on handlebars clamp to the fork tubes, either just above or just below the upper triple clamp.
- FEATURES USED: Designed frontfork using solidworks features line, extrude, revolve, spline, projected curve, linear pattern, circles, light intensity and applying appearances for realistic view of the object.

6.FUEL TANK: A fuel tank is a safe container for flammable fluids. Though any storage tank for fuel may be so called, the term is typically applied to part of an engine system in which the fuel is stored and propelled or released (pressurized gas) into an engine.
- FEATURES USED: Using solidworks part model creating a fuel tank by using various curves and surface extrude, knit surface for fine structure, shell option for volume and applying appearance for our gas tank solid model.

7.CHAIN: It is a roller chain that transfers the power from the engine to the rear wheel which transmitts motion to the motorcycle.
- FEATURES USED: Designed chain by solid works features circles, spline, tangency relations, linear pattern, extrude cut and applying the apperences to object.

8. FENDER: In this sticky materials, such as mud, may adhere to the smooth outer tire surface, while smooth loose objects, such as stones, can become temporarily embedded in the tread grooves as the tire rolls over the ground. These materials can be ejected from the surface of the tire at high velocity as the tire imparts kinetic energy to the attached objects. For a vehicle moving forward, the top of the tire is rotating upward and forward, and can throw objects into the air at other vehicles or pedestrians in front of the vehicle.
- FEATURES USED: designed a front fender by solid works features by creating a spline tool, arc, revolve, extrude cut and applying appearence to object.

9.KICK STAND: It keeps chopper bike upright and against leaning. It attached to frame and pivot. A flat spot is made under the stand's surface for the bike to resist in ground.
- FEATURES USED: Designed a stand with 2d drawing tools in solidworks by creating a line, spline, extrude, extrudecut, loft, dome, and applying appearences.

10.TRANSMISSION BELT: Belt type transmission is considered to transmit power. Belts run smoothly with little noise, vibration, needs no lubrication and less maintanence.
- FEATURES USED: Designed belt in solidworks by line, constraint relation, extrude, fillet and appearences.

11.OIL TANK: It is used to store engine oil for lubrication due to higher operating temperatures or else engine might bulged or damaged.
- FEATURES USED: Design of oil tank in solidworks by creating line, three point arc, spline, extrude, shell, constrains and applying appearances.

13.ASSEMBLY: It is the final part or a product of the body after designing the sub models can be combined together by giving relations to the components.
- FEATURES USED: Assembled the parts of chopper with 13 sub-components by solidworks using relations, Standard Mates (Coincident, Parallel, Tangent, Perpendicular, Concentric, etc), Advanced Mates (Symmetric, Width, Angle, etc) and Mirroring.
