Kinematic and Compliance Testing

Every vehicle suspension assembly undergoes rigorous testing in R&D to make sure that they have achieved the mathematical calculations in practical. For this to happen, a vehicle should be completely manufactures, if not atleast the chassis and the suspension assembly should be integrated in order to mount the vehicle on a K&C testrig, so that different test conditions can be executed. To avoid time consumption in  manufacturing, softwares help us do this in  a virtual environment and gives us results more or less similar to the actual experimental results. Kinematic testing is done whilst considering all the components involved are perfectly rigid in nature, this can also be called geometric solutions. But in real-life situation, there is something called compliance comes into play. Compliance testing can also be called force based solution, where all the components involved are considered to be flexible in nature, i.e they are considered to undergo deformation
