Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

THIS IS THE REPORT REGARDING THE MASTER SECTION 

Class A surface 

this is the surface already given by th technision and surves of the master section is already given by the technision 

tooling axis 

first i have to extract the surface from the A surface then create a point in between the surface then creat line on point on y direction 

class b surface 

    create the offset of the a surface 2.5 mm thn which surface is not offset we have to repair with the help of master section 

    and then extrapolate and trimming 

draft surface 

    we have to create boundary and and which surface we have to create down direction take sweep with draft direction pulling downward with 3 deg 

and othe surface we have to take with refrence surface with 90 degree and for joing we to extrapolate the edges and then we have to trim command and all the draft surface will  e created 

class c surface 

 now we have to joing the draft surface and class a surface and now we have to extra polate the class b surface and check it with the intersection if the black dot didint appear that mean ther is no error and then uss the trimm command and select both and trim and now c surface is created 

create dog house 

then first extract the matersection and join the by line surface then create 

 surface with the extrude then thne measure with the help of intersection and with the help and extrude and trim comant make the exact measurment of the dog house snf then measure it and then create body and use thickness surface of 2.5 mm and thne kept the fillet of with the help of measurment and then apply it . then take the master section of rib and then pad it with it and then union trim with the dog house and then we have to union trim with the pillar master section 

now create the sphere of 5R and then diagnol line of 45deg
