REPORT OF THE MODEL 

Class a surface 

        already it has been given in the challenges by the sir 

Tooling Axis 

      first the flat surface should be extract from the class a surface the to creat point on surface at center and the create line on y direction

class b surface 

    create the offset of the a surface 2.5 mm thn which surface is not offset we have to repair with the help of master section 

    and then extrapolate and trimming 

draft surface 

    we have to create boundary and and which surface we have to create down direction take sweep with draft direction pulling downward with 3 deg 

and othe surface we have to take with refrence surface with 90 degree and for joing we to extrapolate the edges and then we have to trim command and all the draft surface will  e created 

class c surface 

 now we have to joing the draft surface and class a surface and now we have to extra polate the class b surface and check it with the intersection if the black dot didint appear that mean ther is no error and then uss the trimm command and select both and trim and now c surface is created 

now we are going to create heat stakes and 4 way locater 

heat stakes

we have to take a new point on th surface and then create a plane parallel to the point then create a circle of 5 mm surface then go to the part and click the thickness and give a thickness of 2mm and keep the length 25mm

4 way locator  

we have to take point on the surface and then create a plane parallel to to the point then creat cross line equal lenth of 12mm and then extrude it from surface 12.5mm and then go to part and give thickness of 1mm 

now union trim with heat stake and select the surface which has to be remove and the union trim the this both with th main surface and select the surface which is not needed to bee kept and result will be shown in front of u
