Meshing of Backdoor using HYPERMESH

Procedure :-

Importing CAD model

Extracting mid surface

Assigning quality criteria given for the components

Meshing of each component

Checking quality index and making element clean up with zero errors

Assigning property, thickness and materials

Importing CAD model :-

Importing CAD model by import model option. Now select one component to start extraction of mid surface.

Extracting mid surface :-

By use of mid surface option in geom , select best possible extraction option to extract mid surface by selecting surface. Each components will have it own mid surface individually

Assigning Quality criteria :-

Quality criteria is given in Criteria settings present in references tab at top tool bar
