CV Joint and Quick Return Mechanism

Procedure

1. First see model CV Joint and Quick Return Mechanism in link in PDF format.

2. Saw the 2D Sketch Body1, Body2, Body3......

3. One by one all in Sketch in Geometrical Constructions.

4. All Constructions set perfectly dimensions will be give link in file.

5. Final all CAT Part file check Parameterization Analysis if any over-constrained or under-constrained if any Sketches.

6. Click Start Mechanical Design then select Assembly file select and Open.

7. Existing Component select then all CAT Part file open.

8. Set all CAT Part file as given Procedure link and check with 2D sketches all as per file.

9. Select all CAT Part file, CAT Product File and PDF file in one folder of CV Joint and Quick Return Mechanism Compress in ZIP file.

10. Then Final checking all rules as per given, Submit a ZIP file by browser.
