Week 6-Meshing of Hood Challenge

Objective:

              To do the midsurface, quality check the given Hood Model.

Procedure:

• Import the hood model and start to take the mid srface of the given hood model.
• Take midsurface for the hood model separately as  hinges, lLatch, inner surface and outer surface.
• Take the mid surface by using auto mesh comand  in the 2D.
• By pressing F10 you will enter into the quality criteria.
• Now enter the quality criteria,

•  After given the quality criteria start to mesh the mid surface by using auto mesh.
• By using F12 we will enter into the meshing tab.
• Make shure that there is no quality errors.
• By using F5 mask and unmask the error elements.
• Now mesh the elements and clear the quality errors.
• Make sure the model is saved.

Result :

           The Given Hood model is midsurfaced, meshed and quality checked with the given quality criteria.
