Week 6 - Creating connection for Rear door

AIM: Perform a different connection operation for Rear door.

OBJECTIVE:

• Use different connection in ANSA.
• How to execute the connection operation.

PROCEDURE:

• Firstly we need to open .ANSA file of SIDE DOOR model (Sidedoor.ANSA)

• Then we need to assign different PID for different component.

• After assign the PID. Now we need to provide connection.

For bolt connection.

NAST > Element > RBE2 > Many nodes > select the perimeter node of the hole.

The we need to join these two master node.

• As we know that door hinge has one degree of freedom. Therefore we need to restrict all 5 degree of freedom except one.

• Now we can assign 100gram on handle bar.

• At last, we need to assign RBR3-CBUSH RBR3
