Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

mid surface extracting by offset as ansa not able to do the auto mid surface extraction

PID set for mid surface

meshing is done by batch meshing process

later batch mesh refined , all quality criteria cleared by using different commands

in some area mesh going out of geometry that also cleared by aligning it properly

although for this part batch mesh given good mesh in first place so not that much work required
