Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

1.) First we needto check the geometry by Cheks > geometry and fix all the geometry.

2.) Then take the mid surface for the outer cylinder of the cap.

3.) For taking mid surface for cylindrical shape i use curves to creat the mid. And other small parts are taken by useing middle option.

4.) After we capture mid surface for all parts , then we need to clean the geometry before we go for meshing .

5.) Then we need to set the given quality and perameters for the mid surface and then only need to start the mesh by part by part.

6.) After meshing is done we need to align the trias for good quality.

7.) Finaly the bottle cap component is meshed succesfully.
