The function computes the local minimum, since the minimum of the positive values close to 0 or zero. The minimum ofthe negative values will be computed -ve, to plot the 3d in the -ve sing to the functions output to plot.

figure1 plots the unbound cases 0 to 0.6 the plots are outside the specified range, with the functionname and the number of variables 2

figure2 & figure3 plots the bound 0.4 to 0.4 i.e the outbound the last two parameters inside a matrix as [0.4,0.4]

figure4 plots the bound 0.4 , 0.4 and the options in the last parameter shows the populationsize as 270, the local
