Procedure with reuired images:
operation1: I generate mid surface using faces --> Offset(-0.375), I could do the same by faces-->Mid surface but I opted for offset (features tab slected) because given component was not with complex shapes so I thought this will be easy.
Operation 2: I performed Cheak--> Geometry operation which was not much required but I want to hands on with this and result after this was no errors or wanrning exists but instructor told me it was not really required because i was performing this on parent cad file:
Operation 3: I perform geometry clean up on given component, i join all these green lines which were having lesser distance than 2 mm( mimimum length).I deleated unwanted hot points.
Operation 4 : after Geometry clean up , I generate Best mesh on half of the part. and delete another half besides common unsymmetrical patch area. I remove all issues which was not satisfying given quality parameters.

Operation 5: I read all FAQs and find a way to mirror this half part using Transform--> copy --> symmetrical --> X1, X2, X3 --> finish--> okey
Result: our complete part was ready with 37291 quads mesh and 1797 trias mesh.
generated mesh is passing all quality parameters.
