Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

AIM : SURFACE MESHING ON A PRESSURE VALVE

OBJECTIVE : Ansa 22.10 ,

USED COMMAND : BOOLEAN And MODULES BUTTONS

PRODUCER :

1 Using TOPO decks command and selecting the surface

2 checked the geomentry entites to check the single coons in the given model

3 selected the faces command and to close the single coons in the model

4 selected the extended command for outer surfaces

5 selected the coons commands to fill the single coons

6 selected the planer command to fill the planer lines in the model

7 selected the filled command to fill the in the model

8 After completing the TOPO

9 Used meshing commands

10 selected the target length is 3mm

11 mesh element type was TRIA

12 Then taken the perimeters commands

13 selected the length command

14 in this perimeter and macros set the values is 3mm

15 After completing the perimeter

16 selecetd the mesh generation

17 In mesh genertaion used spot meshing commands then selecetd faces and shell and applyed the mesh operation
