Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

AIM : To mess 3 different mess length for given model after topo clean up

OBJECTIVE : To clean the topo error in model and give 3 different mess length to compare which is best

PROCEDURE : 1.clean the topo error by using faces , loop, fill etc.,

2. once the model topo is cleaned cross check with wireframe, its easy to find

4.Mess length need to be filled in order PERIMETER & MACROS & MESSPROPERTIES

5.Target length = 1, 3, 5 mm, respectively Element type = Tria

6.Check the dimension of mess

7.For mess length is small it is taking longer time to mesh but result is more fine compare to 3 and 5 mmrespectively
8. TOPO CLEANING IS NOT DONR PROERLY WITH EXISTING SURFACE MESS LENGTH IS DIFFERENT IN THAT AREAS ALONE

LEARINING : How to do topo cleaning

OUTCOME : Topo cleaned a valve & Created a mess model with 1,3,5 mm mess length respectively

RESULT : 3 different result for 3different messed length

CONCLUSION : Learned to topo clean a model
