Week 12:Project-1-Meshing of Door Inner Panel Challenge

Aim:

To mesh the given component with the given quality criteria and element length

Procedure:

The side door pannel which has given to be meshed with the given quality criteria.

Each component is made midsurfaced with manually and measuring each side of the component.

After taking the midsurface the component is meshed.

The component without any work look like this.

The component with all quality criteri which has followed for meshing the component.

For taking the manual offset go to Geom-> Surface edit-> Offset-> mesaure the surface for taking the offset-> select the surface to be midsurfaced and click offset.

When the surface is not connected with the surface of the main component the extend option is used to extend the surface.

Result:

The finished component with the meshed surface.

Conclusion:

The component is meshed with the given quality criteria and with the element length. Each of the minimum size and maximum size error are removed and cleaned up everything.
