Case 1 maximum equivalent stress is 0.6042 Mpa and deformation is 2.749e-4

Case 2 maximum equivalent stress is 0.4317 Mpa and deformation is 2.228e-4

From a manufacturing point of view, I will select case 2 since the stress and deformation is compartively lesser to case 1.

Overall, the stress and deformation is at a negligible level for both the cases and the plate with withstand the force actingf upon it.
