Week 1 Stress Concentration on a Plate with hole

1. Deformation comparision:

More stresses formed on splate with single hohe

2.Design selection:

Comparing both analysis, plate will single hole will be selected because of the rigid body and comparing stress there is no big difference.

3.Manufacturing design selection:

FRom desiging point of view plate with single is easy to manufacturer because of less machining operation required.

4.Report writing:

Since both plate has same dimesions only difference is the no of hole and dimensions of hole. After simulation we didint found any major diffenerence in stress and total deformation.By manufacturing point of view plate with single hole is time saving and will be less cost as compared to plate with 3 hole
