AIM :

For the given Intake Manifold component, check for the geometrical errors and mesh the Surfaces with the given 2D element Quality criterias given below.

Use tetra elements to mesh the Volumes defined in the model and check for the below quality after Volume meshing.

PROCEDURE :

* Import the ansa model into ANSA software

* do a Topo and a geometry cleanup to the model

* Defeature all the unnecessary features before meshing

* Give the max and min length in quality criteria by pressing F11 and average/target mesh in mesh parameters.

* Use ortho tria for the curve curved surfaces and tria for the rest of the surface

* enter the V.Mesh module and define the volume manually.

* Perform a tetra rapid/tetra FEM on the model.

* Check for tet collapse and fix the quality by Fix. Quality tool
