Time Taken: 3 hrs 40 mins

Procedure:

• Geometry clean up is done.
• Defeaturing is done throughtout the model.

Note: In this model, there are many curved surfaces, so it will takes much time to do ortho tria in curved surfaces. So what I did:- I select the entire model and go for ortho tria. Then erase the mesh in plane surface and do tria in that cases.

• Reconstruct and Elements > Split are used to fix the 2D elements which was falling under given quality criteria.
• Unstructured mesh > Tetra Rapid
• Improve > Fix quality is used to fix the 3D elements which was falling under given quality criteria.
