Sketch a G+1 residential plan according to Vaastu Shastra and Calculation of Loads as per IS code

The following are the structural drawings required to be provided:

  1. Architectural Drawings
  2. Structural Drawings
  3. Plumbing and Sanitary Drawings
  4. Electrical Drawings

Structural sizes and loads will depend on the design and the specific requirements of the project, but generally, the following sizes can be assumed:

  1. Column size: 300mm x 300mm
  2. Beam size: 300mm x 450mm
  3. Slab thickness: 125mm

The individual corresponding loads can be calculated as per the Indian Standards (IS code) for structural design. The dead load will include the weight of the structural members and the weight of the finishes and other materials. The live load will be based on the intended use of the building, such as residential or commercial, and the occupancy load. Wind load will also need to be considered based on the location and height of the building.

It is important to note that the specific requirements for structural design and loads will vary depending on the location, building codes, and other factors. A qualified structural engineer should be consulted for the design and construction of any building project.
