Project 2 - Supply and Demand Gap Analysis

Aim:- Create a Supply and Demand gap analyses Visualization using givin data in Microsoft power Bi

Introduction :-Power BI is a collection of software services, connectors that work together to turn your data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights. Your data might be an Excel spreadsheet, or a collection of cloud-based and on-premises hybrid data warehouses.

Problem statement:- dashboard and report sharing is limited: only users with the same email domain can access the results. Customize your map visual by changing the map style, zoom level, legend, labels, etc.

Methodology:-

1. Open Power BI software and click “Get Data” to choose your data source or file.
2. Select the " Graphical ” visual from the Visualizations pane and enlarge it to fit the page size.
3. Drag and drop the data fields that contain location information (such as city, latitude, longitude, etc.) to the “Location” field of the visual.
4. Drag and drop the data fields that contain the values you want to show on the map (such as sales, revenue, population, etc.) to the “Size” or “Color saturation” field of the visual.
5. Customize your map visual by changing the map style, zoom level, legend, labels, etc.

Insights :-The Insights pane currently shows you three types of insights – Anomalies, Trends, and KPI analysis.The Top tab shows you Top insights.

Recomendations:-

• We can use Heat Maps if there data is global weather.
• Use the right theme as per the data used in Power BI for creating Maps.
• Power BI Maps are better than Filled Maps. Maps visualization gives visuals to those regions which are uploaded.

Conclusion :- in the given data Supply and Demand gap analyses are widely used by companies as strategic management. its really good to analys the to which country have most no of vaccination is done is shown in the figure. and adding some line graph for ur reference.
