Project 2 - Gender Bias in Science and Technical field

The project focuses on creating a Tableau dashboard to analyze gender bias in the science and technical fields, using literacy rates in Tamil Nadu as a case study. The dataset is broken down by cities, population, gender distribution, literacy rankings, available institutions, and scholarship beneficiaries. The goal is to provide insights into female literacy compared to total literacy, highlight gender disparities, and predict basic challenges such as teacher shortages or uneven scholarship distribution. The dashboard will be designed like an article, with interactive visualizations including bar charts, maps, and KPIs, offering a narrative on gender gaps in education across Tamil Nadu.
