* The sex ratio (or gender ratio) is an index that is usually defined as the ratio of males to females in a population.

* In both countries there are about 0.9 vehicles for every person. There are 1.446 billion cars in the world in 2022. Most are in Asia, followed by Europe and North America. 19% of all vehicles are in the United States

* Non-owner occupied is a classification used in mortgage origination, risk-based pricing, and housing statistics for one- to four-unit investment properties. The classification means that the owner does not occupy the property. The term is not typically used for multifamily rental properties, such as apartment buildings.

* Three of the main types of income are earned, passive and portfolio. Earned income includes wages, salary, tips and commissions. Passive or unearned income could come from rental properties, royalties and limited partnerships. Portfolio or investment income includes interest, dividends and capital gains on investments.

* Calling students “clients” demeans not only students and their families, but educators as well. The use of the term “clients” in reference to students implies that educators are merely “service providers,” which obscures the quality and value of the education they impart to students

* The best business relationships are those where everyone has high standards, both for themselves and for the other parties.

* “Family status” is defined as “the status of being in a parent and child relationship.” This can also mean a parent and child “type” of relationship, embracing a range of circumstances without blood or adoptive ties but with similar relationships of care, responsibility and commitment.

* When it comes to types of clients, we break them down into three groups: Ecstatic, Static, and Vulnerable (they can also be known as net promoters, passives, and detractors, respectfully). It's best to focus on all three types of clients to both grow and maintain your client base.

To automate this process, they have given a problem to identify the customers segments, those are eligible for loan amount so that they can specifically target these customers. It's a classification problem , given information about the application we have to predict whether the they'll be to pay the loan or not

* It is a classification problem where we have to predict whether a loan would be approved or not. In these kinds of problems, we have to predict discrete values based on a given set of independent variables

* The Database functions perform basic operations, such as Sum, Average, Count, etc., and additionally use criteria arguments, that allow you to perform the calculation only for a specified subset of the records in your Database. Other records in the Database are ignored.
