Project 2 - Create a report using PowerQuery, Macro VBA, List Functions and Data Validation functions for Data Reporting of Supply Chain Management companies

I Am keeping all my VBA codes in the anwer box , file is too big and it was taking lot of time to save the changes every time , and the data was getting crash ,my macros are deleting after closing the sheet , i tried creating for 6 to 7 times , i dont have any other option sorry for the inconvinence and i have saved my dashboard in the sheet name as dashboard for quetion number 1
