1ans: unique function : =unique(A2:A307512,false,false)  , =unique(Array,by-column,exactely once)

 1. There are three arguments in the code gender it will show the distinct item it shows the iteam that appears only once but also the first occurence of iteams that are in ther multiple times it is basically  unique . it can return a unique or distinct list from one column or multiple column .

ARRAY : is a range from were we get unique value returned from 

by- column: it is a optional logical value(T/F) and allows to compare value by rows (False)/ by column(True) .

exactely - once : it is an optional logical value T/F  allows to fiind truly unique vaalues the value only occurs once is (TRUE) , or all different  values (false ) 

if we give this argument it will deafult to false and give different values 

2. sort : this function will sort the content of a column(range in ascending or discending order ) =sort(Array,[sort-index],[sort-order],[by-column])

array: is a range the value we want to sorted 

sort-index:  it indicates the row and column sorted by when it is neglected it will sort in deafult order ( first row or column ) in array .

sort - Order:  it is like indicator if we give number one  it will sort in ascending order and -1  then decendiing if we neglect then i will sort deafult ascending order 

by-column : it indicates un which direction we want to sort ( False to sort by row ) ( True to sort by column). 

sort-by : the sort by function  in excel is designd to sort one range or array based on the values in another range or array sorting can be done by one or multiple columna

( also it means sorting of the column , depending on another column) . sortby(array,bu-array1,[sort=order1],[bu-array2,sort-order2],...)

arrray are required the range of cells or values to be sorted

by-array 1 (required the range or array to sort by 

sort-order1(optional)=the sorting order  1 is omitted (deafult) - ascending , -1  - descending 

by - arrray - 2/sort - ordder 2,....(optional)-additional array order pair to use for sorting 

3. FILTER : the excel filter function returns a range filtered on criteria you define . it can also habdle multiple and / or criteria 

 syntax: =filter(Arry,include,{if-empty]) 

array is a range containing the value we want to filtered 

include : is the logical test that return as boolean array (true/false) the same height or width as the array

if-empty is an optional value to return of the included array are empty if the filter result is no records .
