I have macOS and Mysql cannot connect to excel in this OS. Hence, I am writing the steps to be performed for questions.

5. Import first 1500 rows of tables (College_A_HS, College_A_SE, College_A_SJ, College_B_HS, College_B_SE, College_B_SJ) into MS Excel.

* First download mysql connector for Excel.

* After downloading, open Excel and go to the Data from Menu bar and select Mysql for Excel add-in.

* Later select mysql for excel option on right side, click on local connection and enter password.

* Thus, we can connect schema and tables to Excel.

* Select alumni schema under mysql for excel.

* select table and click on import mysql data.

* set limit to 1500 and click on import.

* It display first 1500 rows of the tables.

13. Import the created views (College_A_HS_V, College_A_SE_V, College_A_SJ_V, College_B_HS_V, College_B_SE_V, College_B_SJ_V) into MS Excel and make pivot chart for location of Alumni.

* Select alumni schema under mysql for excel

* Select view and click on import mysql data

* Now, check on create a pivot table with the and click on import.

* Click on pivot table in the top left side and select pivot chart.

* click on pivot table report and drag column names to the labels .

* Thus, it display the pivot chart.
