Here are the steps for importing rows of table :

• Click on mysql for excel in data section of MS Excel spreadsheet
• Click on local instance root . In that select alumni schema and click next.
• Now choose the respective table you want to open (college_a_hs/ college_a_se / college_a_sj / college_b_hs / college_b_se / college_b_sj)
• Click on import mysql data and then a window will appear. In that select advanced options and set the limit to 1500.
• Then click accept and click import.
• Finally the data will be displayed limited to 1500 rows.
