Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel
Objective:To mesh the given floor panel according to given quality criteria.
Procedure:
- The cad step file is taken to ANSA
- Geometrical checkup has been run to check errors
- Errors such as needle faces, single cons, unchecked faces have been dealt.
- mid surface taken from skin brought out.
- geometrical checkup has been done to check errors for given mid surface.
- Length has been applied as 5mm in perimeters and length
- qulality criteria has been applied as per given challenge
- By dividing into small areas mesh has been applied through BEST option
- off elements have been cleared
Result:
The given floor panel has been successfully meshed with minimum tria percentage and given quality criteria.
