Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel

The meshing method used here is classic midsurface extratcted shell mesh.

Reason for midsurfacing is the model is sheet metal model. Thickness at all the points obserrved is 1mm.

So 2D mesh is generated & then thickness is given to the midsurface PID.

Trias are reduced as much as possible without compromising on the geometic features of the model.

All the quality criteria was set and continuously monitored for mesh faliures at any particular region.
