if we choose choice 1- Word and its meaning is stored in words.txt

choice 2 - Search for a Word in word.txt, if it is not available a msg box will appear

choice - 3: Accept a word and meaning. stores in the word.txt

choice -4: Exit the application

Import required libraries like tkinter,sqlite3

Create a database lib.db

Made connection between the database using sqlite3.connect

defining functions for various operations

declare variables

Frame the options in the window part using labels,entry widgets and buttons
