In Dth, answer i had taken an home tab for my custom ribbon

In gth answer to convert date into proper format, i used delimited option to separate the information and by the usage of nested_if function (IF(I2=2003,2019,IF(I2=2004,2020,IF(I2=2005,2021,""))), converted the years into required and last i used if_function (IF(H2>2000,DATE(J2,F2,G2),DATE(J2,G2,F2)) for proper date format
