Project 1 - Data Cleaning and Transformation using Pivot table and Charts for the Report on requirement of Team Hiring

In the given data set, order date column representation of data is not uniform. if i want o change into date formate i am not able to do suchforming. I also try with mentor but mentor says as " data in not in cuttent formate".

I want to know that, How the data in the order date column is behaves two formates,How to change id as date fotmat.
