Project 1 - Data Cleaning and Transformation using Pivot table and Charts for the Report on requirement of Team Hiring

I'm Using Excel 2007 Version, I tried to download latest versions but I wasn't able to do so. In Excel 2007, Customizing ribbon option is not allowed, So i would like to request you to kindly accept the format of my answer for Question "D". Thank you.
