a. Proper formatting is done in the below attachment. A comparison is shown in the tabs named Skill lync data and another tab named Sales_data.

b. All the mentioned functions are shown in the 'Product Sales Summary' tab.

c. Pivot Table 1 tab in the attached sheet.

d. Customized Tab is created and the steps are shown in 'Customized Tab' in the attached Excel sheet.

e. Pivot Table 2 tab in the attached sheet.

f. Formats are shown in the 'Conditional Formatting' tab in the attached sheet and the 'Sales_Data' tab.

g. We can compare the 'Data from Skill lync' and 'Sales_Data' tabs and see that the date format has changed and I have changed the date values from 2003 to 2019, 2004 to 2020, and 2005 to 2021 using proper date formatting options.
