Project 1 _Creating an Architectural plan for the provided plot size and develop relevant basic structural drawings

Aim :

• To create a residential building layouts like structural and architectural with the size of 18.3m x 6m.

Introduction:

• We are creating a layouts structural(column, beam and footing plans) and architectural drawings ( floor plan, section, elevatio).

Procedure:

• First think of the drawing is to receive the measurement details of the site and then discuss the what are all the rooms required as per client point of view and vaastu for building facing.
• Next, one is to draw the floor plan and explain the client to accept the plan, if the client is not satisfied then change the plan and proceed to another step.
• If the plan is accepted, then we have to draw the structural layouts and architectural layouts.
• I started to draw my own house layout.
• First to draw the floor plan using tools and then I proceed to column, beam layout I shouldn't draw the bar(reinforcement) details because of how much load the building carry I don't know.
• The column and beam is code book vise min-max distance I draw here and then I went to draw the footing layout here I gaven size of the footing is medium because ofi couldn't know the soil condition.
• And then I draw the section layout of two sides for structural elements size needed.
• Finally I drawn the elevation of the building.

Results:

• The residential building architectural and structural drawings are drawned.

Note:( My friends laptop is damaged I only drawned Sundays on site system. This is the reason why I submitted late next week I bought on new laptop, because previous week I got laptop voucher on skill-lync)
