Project 1 _Creating an Architectural plan for the provided plot size and develop relevant basic structural drawings

1. Architectural Drawing 

• Floor Plan 

1. select the unit command in that select the architectural and inches unit.
2. then using x line command draw a horiz and vert line
3. then using offset command draw a line at 60' from vertical line and 20' from horizontal line this will be the plot size
4. after that leave side margine 2'3" from west side,5' from south side, 5' from east side,9'3" from north side.
5. using offset draw outer boundry of building and draw 9" inches wall 
6. then using offset command draw hall from north side at 13'4".
7. then 4" inches wall then staircase room of 6'4" then again 4" wall then w.c 5' then 4" wall again 5' bathroom then 4" wall and kitchen 13'3" 
8. after inner and outer wall draw a window and door.
9. using copy command place it at approitate place.
10. draw staircase using offset command.
11. draw column of 9"x12" and place in appropiate place.
12. copy same layout for first floor plan and do some changes as hall will  be terrace.

• Elevation plan

1. using x line command draw a line vertically and horizontally 
2. then xline command draw a line at each column both end point and both window end 
3. then trim unnessary line
4. using offset command draw a horizontal line at 2' then at 10' then at 10'
5. then for window at 3' and 4' from that window top
6. then below line at 2' lvl i.e plinth lvl the 10' lvl will be slab top 
7. then draw parapet wall of 3'5" 

• Section plan

1. using x line command draw a line vertically and horizontally 
2. then xline command draw a line at each column both end point and both window end 
3. then trim unnessary line
4. using offset command draw a horizontal line at 2' then at 10' then at 10'
5. then for window at 3' and 4' from that window top
6. then 6" slab lvl below 10' lvl using offset command 
7. then trim accd that all concrete structure will be one unit to hatch 
8. then below plinth hatch with brick  
9. then draw dimension 

2. Structural Drawing

• Column, Footing and Beam

1. copy plan layout and leave column and otuer boundary and delete all other things from that
2. then using dimension mark all dimension from centre to centre
3. then make a grid by stretching the line and name them acc to that.
4.  copy same thing for footing and beam 
5. but in footing edit footing layout of 4'x4' on each column
6. same for beam of size 9"x24"using offset command
