Project 1 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

OBJECTIVE:- EXTRACT MIDSURFACEAND MESH INSTRUMENTAL PANEL WITH GIVEN QUALITY CRITERIA.

PROCEDURE:-

STEP-1:- Import CAD geometry into ANSA.

STEP-2:- Check quality errors.

STEP-3:- Fix all the quality issues.

STEP-4:- Set mesh parameters table

STEP-5:- Set quality parameters.

STEP-6:- Generate Midsurface.

STEP-7:- MESHING

Use best mesh or spotmesh for meshing components of eact part. Used split, join, swap, smooth and reconstruction for fixing quality errors.

LEARNING OUTCOME:- Learned to take mid-surface for non uniform thickness model and mesh the given component with taking out the off elements.

RESULT:- The given model is meshed with the given quality criteria and tried to remove as many as off elements to get good mesh flow also reduced trai percentage to get better mesh flow.
