Modelling of 25 storey building with the specified properties using ETABS

Aim : Designing 25 storey building

Introduction: In this challenge 25 story building is to be designed with 3m storey height each. The height of plinth or ground floor is 1.5m. The concrete used is M30 grade and the rebar is HYSD 415. Size of columns is 800X800 mm and that of beam is 300X400 mm. Pinned base supports are to be assumed while designing.

Conclusion from attached video: The provisions of Table 5 in IS 1893:2016 of torsional irregularity is satisfied. Th above two given provisions is also satisfied as given in clause 7 of IS 1893:2016.
